Once you get the rider stable (as above), or if they are relatively ok, help with getting the details of the car/driver. If they aren't able to, t
ake a mobile phone cam shot of the car and accident corner. The rider may need it later for evidence.
I got hit by a car illegally turning last year and, while I was able to get up and walk to the footpath with my bike, the idiot commuter cyclist that pulled up didn't bother getting off his bike and all he suggested was "don't get angry about it". I think in a situation like that you're entitled to be 'angry about it' and in the event of another cyclist being in trouble, I'd hope I could be of more use to someone than that.

Also having an ICE number put into your phone in case you're the victim is a good idea. Paramedics are trained to look for this number in your mobile phone
